We are delighted that three of our members have won 2024 Cricket Collective Awards from Middlesex County Cricket Club. The awards recognise people across the county who have made a difference to their club or community group. The awards were presented at a ceremony in the Long Room at Lord's on September 9.
Jon Francis won the Unsung Hero award for "those heroes who impact our game from behind the scenes and help us make cricket happen".
Paul Frost won the Coach of the Year award, for "a coach who goes the extra mile and is a true coaching hero to their club, league, county or school".
Pete Hollman won the Growing the Game award for "a league volunteer, committee member or administrator going above and beyond to support clubs and help increase the number of games played".
There would have been stiff competition for each of these awards. Congratulations to Jon, Paul and Pete for their deserved success.
