Director of Cricket - James Parslow.

• James joined us as an our Overseas Player in 2017 and is now our Director of Cricket. Since 2019 he has been heavily involved in our outdoor, indoor and on-line coaching programmes and other Club matters.

• James has an ECB Core (Level 2) Coach coaching certificate and a Sports’ Science degree. His focus in the coming Season will be on the planning and directing of coaching for the Juniors, overseeing the transition of junior players into senior cricket (including managing the Under 17 and Under 19 teams), organising and running our holiday cricket camps, strengthening the links we have with local schools, co-ordinating the seniors’ coaching and recruiting new players to the Club.

Head Coach - Paul Frost

• Paul has regularly worked with our young cricketers (boys and girls) for several years now and will be well known to existing members. At the end of the 2022 outdoor Season, the Club Committee decided to appoint Paul as our Head Coach.

• A qualified ECB Advanced (Level 3) Coach, Paul will deliver junior practice sessions through the Summer Season..

• Paul will also be involved in selection of Junior teams including liaising with Junior Team Managers plus monitoring and promoting the Club’s Player Pathway for introducing Juniors into our senior teams.
